New York’s Paid Family Leave law (PFL) went into effect on January 1, 2018. This webinar examines the new law and how PFL impacts charter schools. Lisa and Jaime – who regularly represent NYC charter schools and CMOs – provide an in-depth review of PFL’s applicability to charters and what schools need to do if they are offering PFL, including updating employee handbooks.
