In November 2020, Edward D. Shoulkin presented a primer on social media and on-line investigations to the CLM Massachusetts Chapter. The virtual presentation addressed best practices for the utilization of social media as an investigatory tool, and how to use such investigations in the handling claims and lawsuits.
