Vincent is a seasoned civil litigator with extensive experience handling a broad spectrum of civil litigation cases in both state and federal courts. His clients include individuals, businesses, and corporations, whom he represents in matters such as probate administration and disputes, commercial and residential real estate transactions, title and real estate litigation, premises liability, tort claims, and general civil litigation. A major focus of Vincent’s practice involves advising and representing banks, financial institutions, mortgage servicers, and investors in complex litigation and comprehensive default servicing matters. In addition to his legal practice, Vincet has taught business law as an Adjunct Professor at the University of New Haven and currently instructs courses for the Dares Institute on topics including Short Sales and 1031 Exchanges, as well as the Fundamentals of Connecticut Foreclosures.
